External Scanning Service Protocol
The External Scanning Service of the Strategic Horizon Network will provide an online “clearinghouse” of published articles related to futuring, strategic planning, environmental forces and trends, best practices and other issues of interest to Strategic Horizon members.
Strategic Horizon liaisons are encouraged to submit articles via the article submission form. Links to the articles will be posted on this site.
Submissions for the site may be in the form of hyperlinks to articles posted on Web sites (magazines, newspapers, etc.), or uploaded into the form in either of the following electronic formats:
If only a hard copy of an article is available, it may be scanned and uploaded into the form. Typically, scanned articles will be in Acrobat, .jpg or .tif formats.
